Ag Technician

Job Description

Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager, Service Location Manager, or Shop Foreman.

Additional Education

Graduating seniors are encouraged to consider attending Vincennes University and obtaining an associate's degree in Diesel Technology with a John Deere Ag Concentration. Participation in that program is not required for employment but strongly encouraged.

Required Qualifications

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Ability to pass a drug screen and/or background check

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time

Valid Driver's License- with acceptable driving record
