Why should my company get involved?
Your company is invited to be a part of the Kentucky FFA Works program. Kentucky FFA members are developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education- and many of these students are seeking employment right after high school! Through one application, FFA members can apply to multiple agricultural employment opportunities. Companies will then receive candidate information that best fit their needs and will have the freedom to interview and hire as they see fit. The Kentucky FFA Foundation is asking each participating company for their involvement in “posting” jobs to help kick start the program.
